William J. Rapp is a dedicated attorney and is active in his
community and local government. He has served in the United
States Marine Corps for over 23 years and is currently a
Colonel. He serves as Magistrate in Bethel and Sardinia Ohio
and as a military judge when on reserve duty with the Marine
Corps.
